🔹 Job Summary
Worldpack Automation Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, talent management, compliance, and building a strong people-centric culture aligned with business goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and corporate roles
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
- Oversee performance management systems and appraisals
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Lead training & development initiatives to upskill employees
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce strategy
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & HR compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-department hiring
- Experience in manufacturing / automation industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and reporting
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving ability
🔹 Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory)
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience as HR Manager / HR Lead preferred
